Postnatal

Postnatal massage is massage therapy provided after the birth of your baby. Receiving massage in the postpartum period greatly helps to facilitate emotional, physiological, and family adjustments. It also helps to reduce musculoskeltal and organic pain and promotes structural realignment of the spine and pelvis and reorganization of movement after the birthing process. Massage also contributes to the rehabilitation of abdominal skin, muscles and organs and promotes recovery from cesarean birth, including healing of the incision site. Postpartum massage can also help mamas with the muscular strain caused when caring for older children along with their new little one.
